THE CASE
The School of Architecture and Urbanism of the city of La Plata needed a digital tool to provide the university community with its services and communications.
PURPOSE
Develop a manageable solution that centralizes the services and information given by the School taking into account the different profiles: teachers, non-teaching staff, students, new arrivals and visitors.
SOLUTION
It consisted in the development of a manageable app that improves communication and gives access to the different services based on the needs of each profile. A self-manageable panel was developed which allows them to adapt and design the content to be included in the app.
The community has been given access to:
· Automatic connection to Wi-Fi network
· Academic calendar
· Notifications
· Institutional news
· "SIU Guaraní", "Sistema UNLP" and "Aulas Web"
